ASSESS

Comprehensive biopsychosocial assessment
Nursing and nutritional assessment
Diagnostic assessment
Substance abuse assessment
Psychological assessment (based on need)

DEVELOP

Individual Person-Centered Treatment Plan (ISP)

GROW

Comprehensive services are provided based on the goals and objectives of the ISP developed with active participation by each individual. Interventions range from 60 minutes for Individual Therapy to 60-120 minutes for CSI and Intensive Family Intervention sessions. The average length of treatment is approximately three to six months but can vary.

TRANSFORM

Transition out of the iCan program of services. Services are eliminated as the need for interventions is reduced. Once individuals are able to function more effectively and show progress on goals and objectives, iCan will assist Individuals and their families as the transition to other care resources.

At iCan, we want our clients to be assured that the programs and services we provide are in compliance with all guidelines and policies mandated by the State of Georgia, county ordinances, CARF, and by the Georgia Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Disabilities (DBHDD).

  • In-home Intensive Treatment

  • Substance Abuse Assessment & Counseling

  • Early Intervention

  • Parenting Group

  • Becoming A Better You Group
